A Patch for the Xbox360 spring update is now available
As you may know Microsoft has released today a new firmware update for the Xbox 360 and this broke compatibility with TVersity (only with videos, audio and images work as before).
We are glad to announce that we already have a patch that fixes this problem and also takes advantage of the new functionality of this spring update, letting you browse your video in a folder hierarchy instead of just a long flat list.

To apply it please follow the steps below:
- Make sure you have version 0.9.10.2 installed, otherwise install it. Please note that this patch cannot be applied on top of older versions and is designed for 0.9.10.2 ONLY.
- Stop media sharing (via the advanced menu or the tray icon)
- Unzip the patch file and copy its content over to the TVersity installation folder (by default it is \Program Files\TVersity\Media Server)
- Sart sharing and try accessing video from the 360

Works for me, so far. Watching a movie right now. Thanks for fixing what MicroShaft broke *and* for taking advantage of the new features right away! It really helps a ton to browse by folder now!!!
Followed directions to a T here, US 360, and I can only see audio, NO photos OR video at all, same as before the patch. Patch did apply and sharing was stopped when I installed it, and my version is corrrect...

Installed the patch, and now videos work, but I cannot watch any videos from internet feeds.
I can play mp3 files and watch pictures but I just cant get the video to work. Get the "Please make sure TVersity is running, the video exists and can be converted to flash. Are you missing a directshow filter?"

Not working on Canadian XBOX 360, get an error on the 360.
My computer does not slow down so it's not even trying to transcode, and then after a few seconds I get an error on my 360 about how the video I was trying to play was not supported. Gonna try a reinstall of TVersity

Guys thanks for the patch it works great with vids but not with live internet feeds, I can select the feed but nothing happens on the xbox.
The live internet feed works fine in Tversity Libary view.

With the new software/patch/reinstalled codesc all my videos are coming up as unsupported playback errors, they worked before the 360 Spring Update :(
Worked great on my Norwegian 360. Installed the new version of TVersity, applied the patch, and watched a transcoded DivX.
Flickr photo feed worked great also.
Nice, but all my MP4 files are still being transcoded on the 360 (they play natively if I use the Zune player as my media streamer)

Now it works for me!
I thought "Stop media sharing (via the advanced menu or the tray icon)" only was the tversity tray icon..
But I shut down MediaServer.exe in the Task Manager, applied the patch and then rebooted.

Patched up and now get an error with the mediaserver.exe when I run a movie on the XBox
Audio and Photos works A1 for me. Video works for mpeg 1&2 and for wmv's... But if I stream mp4 and/or divx, I have an application error on the pc (TVersity) and the xbox tells me that I have lost the connection with the pc. I use Klite Codec Pack Full.
updated to version 3 and still video URLs not streaming to 360. Works in the Flash player . please post a fix!
I also have problems with Video Feeds. Direct video links work and it shows the video feeds in the windows application, but it won't play them on the 360.
